Bruce County Heritage Association Presents: The 29th Heritage Farm & Steam Show

Join us at the annual Heritage Farm & Steam Show, the highlight event of the year hosted by the Bruce County Heritage Association. This event draws in a crowd of thousands, including heavy construction equipment enthusiasts and tradespeople, showcasing the storied past of agricultural and steam technology. With a special feature on John Deere equipment, this year’s show is a nod to the iconic green and yellow machines that have revolutionized farming.

Event Highlights:

  • John Deere Showcase: Explore the evolution and impact of John Deere machinery, from classic tractors to modern marvels.
  • Daily Activities: Enjoy tractor pulls, working displays, and demonstrations until 5 PM on Friday and Saturday, and until 4 PM on Sunday.
  • Evening Festivities: Experience more than just machinery with our evening lineup including live entertainment, a corn roast, horse demonstrations, and a spark show on select nights.
  • Local Flair: Local musical talents will grace the event, accompanied by parades and a vibrant flea market.
  • Family-Friendly: Engaging crafts, games, and food available to delight visitors of all ages.

About BCHA: The Bruce County Heritage Association is a volunteer-run non-profit dedicated to the preservation and presentation of agricultural heritage in Bruce County and beyond. Founded after the 1993 Bruce County International Ploughing Match, we’ve since grown to provide a full array of activities that celebrate our rural roots and community spirit.

  • Please carry cash for transactions as many vendors may not accept cards.
  • Familiarize yourself with our campground rules for a safe and enjoyable visit.
  • Compliance with the Ontario Fire Code is mandatory, including having working smoke and carbon monoxide alarms in all RVs.
